SILVERTON ANNOUNCES DINING OPTIONS FOR NEW YEAR'S EVE
Twin Creeks Steakhouse at the Silverton, 3333 Blue Diamond Road, plans to serve New Year's Eve menus Monday.
The three-course menu is $52 per person and features entree choices of seafood risotto or grilled 14-ounce bone-in filet. The five-course menu is $75 per person and includes Maine lobster claw cocktail or twice-baked Parmesan souffle.
The regular menu will be available from 5 to 11 p.m.

WAHOO'S FISH TACO TO CELEBRATE 25 YEARS
Wahoo's Fish Taco, which has locations in the Las Vegas Valley at 7020 W. Sunset Road and 1000 S. Rampart Blvd., is celebrating 25 years in 2013. To mark the occasion, Wahoo's plans to offer a new promotion on the 25th of every month in 2013, including special discounts, new menu items and a visitor reward program.
AGAVE'S BREAKFAST BURRITOS LIVE ON AFTER RESTAURANT'S CLOSING
Agave has closed its location on West Charleston Boulevard, but the Mexican eatery's breakfast burritos and taco cart will still be available from the parking lot of Vintner Grill, 10100 W. Charleston Blvd. The cart is scheduled to be there from 9 to 11 a.m. Saturdays and Sundays offering $5 breakfast burritos with eggs, potatoes, specialty meats, cheeses and homemade salsas.
HONEY SALT TO SERVE PRIX FIXE MEAL FOR NEW YEAR'S EVE
Honey Salt, 1031 S. Rampart Blvd., plans to serve a New Year's Eve prix fixe menu at 9 p.m. Monday.
The menu is set to feature iced seafood platter, Perigord winter truffle risotto, choice of Alaskan halibut or surf and turf with braised beef short ribs and grilled Main lobster tail and Baked Alaska and New Year's First Kiss (dark chocolate and pink peppercorn bouchon and raspberry claufoutis) for dessert.

NEW YEAR'S SPECIALS PLANNED AT RAMPART CASINO
The Rampart Buffet at the Rampart Casino at The Resort at Summerlin, 221 N. Rampart Blvd., plans to serve New Year's Eve specials from 2 to 9 p.m. Monday.
A chilled seafood bar, Asian dim sum bar and carving station with prime rib, Catalina roasted pork loin, Chinese barbecue and crispy chicken are planned. The cost is $57 with a player's card and $59 without.
For New Year's Day, the buffet plans to have a carving station with prime rib, olive- and garlic-braised lamb and roasted turkey. The buffet will be open from 9:30 a.m. to 9 p.m. Jan. 1, and the cost is $16.99 with a card and $18.99 without.
The Promenade Café plans to serve a three-course menu from 4 p.m. to midnight, with filet mignon for $31.99, pan-seared halibut for $28.95 or chicken scaloppini for $18.99. Each is paired with lobster bisque or spinach salad. Dessert choices are chocolate espresso mousse cake or praline crisp.
The Carmel Room plans a gourmet six-course menu to be served starting at 5 p.m. The first course will be antipasto, followed by Alaskan king crab fritters. The main course will be violet lamb rack, tenderloin of beef or seafood a l'Americane. Dessert will be a selection of chocolate treats.

FLEMING'S PLANS FOUR NIGHTS OF CELEBRATION FOR NEW YEAR'S EVE
Fleming's Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar, 8721 W. Charleston Blvd., plans to host four nights of celebration leading up to New Year's Eve, Friday through Monday, with each event beginning at 4 p.m.

Comme Ça at The Cosmopolitan, 3708 Las Vegas Blvd. South, plans to serve two prix fixe menus for New Year's Eve.
The first and second seating tasting menus will showcase signature dishes with seasonal twists. The first seating is from 5 to 7 p.m. and costs $95 per person with a wine pairing option for an additional $45 per person. The second seating is from 8 to 10:30 p.m. and includes a complimentary champagne toast at midnight. It will feature six courses for $195 per person, with an optional wine pairing for $75 per person.

Eateries at Caesars Palace, 3570 Las Vegas Blvd. South, plan to offer menus for New Year's Eve.
Restaurant Guy Savoy's menu will be five courses for $290 per person. Seatings are at 5 and 6:30 p.m. Monday and Jan. 1.
Serendipity 3 plans to offer a special New Year's Eve menu, including baked Brie ($17) and porterhouse steak ($36). Starting at 10 p.m., guests can reserve a table until 1 a.m. in the dining room or on the Strip-facing patio for $50 per person, which includes champagne, party favors and a gift bag.
Rao's plans a four-courses prix fixe menu with live entertainment.
