Four people hospitalized after two-vehicle crash in Henderson

Three adults and a juvenile were hospitalized after a two-vehicle crash Monday afternoon in Henderson, police said.

About 4:45 p.m., officers responded to a rear-end crash at the intersection of North Green Valley and Wigwam parkways, Henderson police spokeswoman Michelle French said. A red Toyota Rav4 rear-ended a gray Toyota Rav4.

The gray Rav4 had three passengers — two adults and one juvenile. The adults were taken to University Medical Center, she said; the juvenile was taken to St. Rose Dominican Hospital – Siena Campus with critical injuries.

The red Rav4’s adult driver was taken to Sunrise Hospital and Medical Center’s trauma center, French said.

As of 6:45 p.m., the intersection was shut down. The crash is under investigation, she said.
