Las Vegas police looking for armed couple in store robbery
Las Vegas police are seeking the public’s help in identifying a man and woman connected to the early Monday armed robbery of a Rebel convenience store on Sahara Avenue at Valley View Boulevard.
The couple were caught on tape robbing the store at 3651 Sahara Ave. shortly after 3 a.m., police said.
The woman, who brandished a handgun, threatened to shoot the clerk while the man walked over to the register and took money, police said.
The woman, about 19 to 25 years old, weighs about 130 pounds and stands about 5 feet 5 inches, police said. She wore a gray hooded sweatshirt, a dark-colored headband, faded blue jeans and white gloves.
The man is about 25 to 35 years old, weighs about 160 pounds and stands about 5 feet 9 inches, police said. He wore a camouflage jacket with a dark hooded sweatshirt underneath, a baseball cap and dark pants.
