Las Vegas police looking for woman in hotel robbery

Las Vegas police are seeking the public’s help in identifying a woman who injured an employee during a robbery at a Siegel Suites, according to a news release.

On May 22, a woman came into the business at 5230 E. Craig Road, near North Nellis Boulevard, with a firearm and demanded the employees give her the money in a safe, police said.

The woman struck an employee multiple times with the firearm and then fled the scene on foot, the release said.

Police described the woman to be about 25 to 30 years old, 5-feet-6-inches to 5-feet-8 inches tall and weighing about 180 to 200 pounds. She was last seen in a red sweatshirt printed with “PURE SASS” and an image of Betty Boop toward the front bottom of the sweatshirt, gray sweatpants, white shoes and black gloves.
