Man arrested, charged in fatal crash in Bullhead City
A man has been arrested in connection with a fatal traffic accident Friday in Bullhead City, Ariz., police said.
Police spokeswoman Emily Fromelt said Andrew Hartfield, 25, is charged with manslaughter, aggravated assault and endangerment for the 10 p.m. two-vehicle collision on Highway 95 at the intersection with Mohave Drive.
Fromelt said Hartfield, hometown undisclosed, ran a red light when the Toyota 4Runner he was driving crashed into a Saturn. One of the passengers in the Saturn, Troy Urban, 22, of Bullhead City, died at the scene of the wreck.
Fromelt said the driver of the Saturn was flown to University Medical Center in Las Vegas where he was reported in critical but stable condition. Hartfield was arrested Saturday following treatment at a local hospital.hat a relief it would be to the American people if we finally got our act together.
