Man fatally stabbed in southeast Las Vegas

A man was fatally stabbed following an unknown dispute in the southeast valley Sunday night, Las Vegas police said.

Police found the man after they were called at 6:17 p.m. to the 2500 block of Karen Avenue, near Eastern and Sahara avenues, records show.

The man, who was not immediately identified, was stabbed several times and died at Sunrise Hospital and Medical Center, police said.

Homicide detectives said three people were walking through the area and got into an argument with the the man who was stabbed. When the argument escalated into a physical fight, someone pulled out a knife, chased after the him then stabbed him several times, police said.

Police said all three people immediately fled the area.

No arrest has been made, but police released descriptions of the people they think are involved. Police are looking for two adult men and an adult woman in their early 20s.

One of the men is about 5 feet 9 inches tall and weighs about 140 pounds. Police said he is bald and was last seen wearing a torn white tank top and blue jeans.

The other man is about 5 feet 10 inches tall and weighs about 210 pounds. He has black spiky hair and was last seen wearing a white T-shirt and blue jeans.

The woman is about 5 feet 10 inches tall and weighs about 180 pounds. She has long black hair and a tattoo under her left eye.

The identity of the man who was stabbed, as well as the cause and manner of death, will be released by the Clark County coroner’s office.
