Metro investigates woman’s stabbing death in south valley

Las Vegas police are investigating a fatal stabbing that happened early Saturday afternoon in a south valley neighborhood.

Officers responded about 12:50 p.m. to a home in the 3900 block of Calle Del Sol, near West Flamingo Road and South Decatur Boulevard, where they found a woman suffering an apparent stab wound, said Metro homicide Lt. Ray Steiber.

No one had been arrested in connection with the stabbing as of 8 p.m., Steiber said.
