A Las Vegas police captain who went missing earlier Thursday has been located safely, according to a tweet from the Metropolitan Police Department.
James LaRochelle has been safely located. Thank you for your assistance in getting the word out. https://t.co/zbMY37J1Lh

Metro has sent out a news release Thursday afternoon asking for the public’s help in finding Capt. James La Rochelle, who oversees the organizational development bureau, which handles advanced training for the police academy.
