No one was injured after a streetlight pole hit a school bus in central Las Vegas Tuesday morning.
The crash was called in at 6:22 a.m. to Arville Street and Oakey Boulevard, Metropolitan Police Lt. David Gordon said.
Las Vegas police at the scene said a crane truck from Dielco crane service hit the street light and the pole fell on the Clark County School District bus that was waiting at a red light.
There were six students on the bus, CCSD police said, but no injuries were reported. The students were transferred to another bus and taken to their school, Las Vegas Academy in downtown Las Vegas.
