Las Vegas Valley to see a warm week

Las Vegas Valley temperatures are expected to gradually warm up through the week, according to the National Weather Service.

Tuesday had a high temperature of 79 degrees and a low of 61 degrees, meteorologist John Salmen said. Wednesday should have a high of 78 degrees and Thursday’s forecast high is 83 degrees, he said.

According to the weather service, a few systems passing through Las Vegas the next few days will bring relatively cool temperatures, but no rain is expected.

By Friday, the valley is likely to see 89-degree highs and sunny skies that will last through the weekend, Salmen said.
