Temperatures set to rise this week

Temperatures in the Vegas Valley are set to rise over the week as the storm system that’s been causing high winds and low temperatures passes by, the National Weather Service said.

Wednesday will have a high of 64 degrees and Thursday’s high will be 73 degrees. Despite 10 to 15 mph winds, Friday will be sunny with a high near 76, the weather service said.

The weekend will be warm and sunny with a high of 81 degrees Saturday and 83 degrees Sunday.
