Winds to breeze through Las Vegas Valley

The Las Vegas Valley will be dry and breezy through the weekend, according to the National Weather Service.

“It’s pretty boring but nice weather,” meteorologist Dan Berc said about the below-average temperatures.

Wednesday saw a high of 103 degrees and a low in the low 80s, according to the weather service.

Afternoon winds were about 10 to 15 mph with gusts up to 25 mph, he said. Similar speeds are expected Thursday.

Thursday and Friday skies will be sunny, with no chance of rain in the forecast. Temperatures are expected to stay near 104 degrees until Sunday, he said.

Sunday will cool down slightly with a high of 101 degrees.
