Workweek starting off with mild temperatures

The Las Vegas Valley is expected to see steady temperatures for the week ahead, according to the National Weather Service.

Sunday saw a high of 69 and a low of 52, meteorologist Chris Outler said.

Monday is expected to have a high of 74 degrees and a low of 55 degrees, according to the weather service.

“A pretty steady week is ahead,” Outler said. “The temperatures through the week will be in the 70s for high temperatures and the 50s for low temperatures.”

Approaching the weekend, more wind and high clouds are expected, but there are no forecasts of rain. It is expected to be more sunny, with Sunday marking the official first day of spring, Outler said.
