The junior sprinter won the 100- and 200-meter dashes and was second in the 400 at the Richard Lewis Invitational in Overton. She was named Female Athlete of the Meet.

HEAD OF THE CLASS

ARBOR VIEW — Boys track athlete Cole Jones won the 1,600 in 4 minutes 28.49 seconds and was second in the 800 to help the Aggies to a win at the Richard Lewis Invitational in Overton. Girls track athlete Isabella Sakai won the 3,200-meter run in 12:20.92, and the Aggies took the top three spots in the event to help secure a victory in the Richard Lewis Invitational.

BOULDER CITY — Boys golfer Luke Logan shot 3-over-par 73 to earn medalist honors in a Sunrise League match at Falcon Ridge.

CENTENNIAL — Girls swimmer Rylie Miller won the 200-yard freestyle in 2 minutes, 3.76 seconds and the 100 freestyle in 58.0 in a meet with Faith Lutheran and Shadow Ridge. Boys volleyball player Chet Durkin had 34 assists and eight aces in a 3-0 win over Cimarron-Memorial.

CIMARRON-MEMORIAL — Baseball pitcher Larry Quaney allowed no earned runs on six hits with 13 strikeouts in a 4-2 victory over Bonanza. Softball pitcher Alexa Snyder didn’t allow an earned run in two games, striking out 20 in 10 innings.

CLARK — Baseball player Brien Campbell was 3-for-4 and hit a two-run single with two outs in the top of the seventh to lift the Chargers to a 4-3 win over Western.

DESERT OASIS — Girls track athlete MaKenzie Koehlmoos won the high jump at The Meadows Invitational with a mark of 5 feet. Boys track athlete Gary Abdella had a throw of 160-3 to win the discus at The Meadows Invitational.

FAITH LUTHERAN — Boys golfer Charlie Magruder shot 73 to place first in a Sunset League match at Mountain Falls.

LEGACY — Boys volleyball player Tanner Compton had 12 kills and six digs in the championship match and finished with 45 kills in the tournament to earn Most Valuable Player honors at the Longhorn Invitational.

LIBERTY — Boys thrower Reno Tu’ufuli won the discus with a mark of 185 feet, 11 inches and was third in the shot put with a throw of 61-5½ at the Mt. SAC Relays in Walnut, Calif. Girls thrower Ashlie Blake placed second in the shot put (50-10½) and discus (158-9) at the Mt. SAC Relays in Walnut, Calif.

MOUNTAIN VIEW — Softball player Savannah Alley went 5-for-7 with a home run, a double and 12 RBIs in a doubleheader with Agassi Prep.

PALO VERDE — Boys hurdler Jonathan Mich placed eighth in the 300-meter hurdles at The Meadows Invitational. Girls track athlete Kate Vanderstelt won the 3,200 at The Meadows Invitational with a personal best time of 12 minutes, 7.2 seconds.

SIERRA VISTA — Boys track athlete Andrew Peterson won the 100, the long jump and ran on the winning 400 relay team in a meet with Shadow Ridge and Spring Mountain.
