Indian Springs wins season opener
Indian Springs opened the season with a victory, knocking off visiting Agassi Prep 28-14 on Friday night.
The Class 1A Thunderbirds, normally an eight-man team, beat the Class 2A stars playing 11-man football.
There was no talk about ranking systems Tuesday at Allegiant Stadium. Just special memories being created by the eight schools fighting for state titles.
