Tonopah (6-3, 5-1 1A Southern League) took a 56-0 first-half lead and cruised to a 76-12 home win over the Hornets (2-7, 1-5) on Thursday.
Scott Thibodeaux rushed for four first-half touchdowns to lead the charge before Tonopah emptied its bench. Thibodeaux finished with 119 yards on 10 carries, and also returned a kickoff 55 yards for a score.
Denver Otteson added 80 rushing yards and a touchdown, and led the defense with 12 tackles.
