Outlook: The Aggies return 12 lettermen from a team that advanced to the Sunset Region title game last year.
University of San Diego recruit McMahan (6-2, 1.45 ERA; .435, 50 hits) is back to anchor the pitching staff, and Chen (.434, 7 HRs, 15 doubles), Gonzalez (.376) and Stepna (.379, 12 steals) should help the Aggies provide plenty of offense.
"This is the deepest squad I have had here in four years," Martinez said. "We are looking at back into the playoffs."
