Top players: P/IF Tyler Burdett (Sr.), P/IF Dustin Randall (Sr.), OF Cole Crosby (Jr.), P Tyler Charlton (Jr.), P/IF Nolan Kingham (So.), P/IF Chandler Smith (So.)

Outlook: Only three starters return for the Mountain Lions, who have recently been one of the top programs in Southern Nevada.

Pitching should be a strength with the return of Burdett (7-4, 2.80 ERA), Smith (5-3, 3.12 ERA), Kingham (3-3, 2.10 ERA), Randall (2-1, 2.67 ERA) and Charlton (2-0, 1.98 ERA).

The Mountain Lions also welcome back the bats of Crosby (.389, 29 RBIs) and Burdett (.321, 25 RBIs).

"We hope to compete for a playoff spot," Selby said.
