Outlook: The Longhorns return four key linemen who average 253 pounds, along with the 6-5, 220-pound Ricks at tight end, so expect this to be a physical bunch.
Replacing all-league running back Hughes, who rushed for 1,345 yards and 12 TDs last season, will be difficult, but the presence of the strong line should help ease the transition.
Richardson got some experience at quarterback last year, and should be more comfortable this season.
On defense, Ricks and Williams were all-league picks, and should help lead a unit that was up and down last season.
The Longhorns expect to be in the mix for a playoff berth.
