After giving up a 16-play, eight-minute touchdown drive to start the game, Bonanza (1-2) forced five turnovers and scored 47 straight points to rip host Spring Valley (2-1) 47-6 on Friday.

The Bengals broke open a 7-6 game with two interception returns for touchdowns by Jacob Pope of 5 and 48 yards.

Bonanza stifled four of the Grizzlies’ third-quarter drives after a single play each, twice thanks to Colton Bennion, who came away with an interception and a strip and fumble recovery.
