Gorman’s Solomon accounts for four scores as Gaels roll

Bishop Gorman's Jarrett Solomon accounted for four touchdowns and Nathan Starks scored three times as the No. 1-ranked Gaels (6-1, 3-0 Southwest) dominated visiting Bonanza (1-6, 0-3) 56-0 on Friday.

Solomon threw for 196 yards and three touchdowns and ran for another score as Bishop Gorman scored 49 of its 56 points in the first half.

Jamir Tillman tallied 108 yards receiving and a score. The Gaels rushed for 355 yards total.

The Gorman defense made a goal-line stand at the 1-yard line in the third quarter to preserve the shutout.
