Bishop Manogue’s girls volleyball team opened its season Thursday with a 25-17, 25-13, 15-25, 25-16 home win over Bishop Gorman in Reno.
Vashti Cunningham paced the Gaels with 21 kills and two blocks. Victoria Ewalefo added five kills and four blocks, and teammate Abby Archambault had eight kills for Gorman.
