4 wounded in Henderson stabbing

A man is facing an attempted murder charge after police said he stabbed four people during a domestic situation on Monday morning, Henderson police said.

A 37-year-old man in serious condition and a girl who suffered minor injuries were taken to Sunrise Hospital and Medical Center, said police spokeswoman Michelle French. Two other people were treated and released at the scene.

Alonso Lucero, 34, is facing an attempted murder charge, French said. He was booked into the Henderson Detention Center.

The stabbings happened about 11:10 a.m. in a home in the 1500 block of Plain Sight Avenue, near Galleria Drive and Patrick Lane, French said. The stabbing stemmed from an apparent domestic situation between two adult brothers.

Additional information on those involved was not immediately available.
