At least three youths critically injured in east valley crash

Las Vegas police responded to a critical-injury crash in the east valley that sent three teens to the hospital Sunday morning.
At approximately 6 a.m., a vehicle crashed into a light pole on North Nellis Boulevard near East Owens Avenue.
Three youths were injured in the crash. A 19-year-old woman driving the vehicle had the worst injuries.
A Metro supervisor and detectives are on the scene. Nellis will be closed in both directions between Owens and Lake Mead for a few more hours while police investigate.
