In Sunday's column, Editor Thomas Mitchell described the 2010 Census long form. The Census has changed its terminology. It now calls the 28-page form being sent every year to homes the American Community Survey. "The ACS will replace the long form in 2010 and thereafter by collecting long-form-type information throughout the decade rather than only once every 10 years," the Census Bureau says.
