Las Vegas Metropolitan Police officer William Mosher reenacts how he pulled his revolver and fired two shots at Erik Scott’s chest during the Coroner’s inquest on Thursday, Sept.23, 2010. Moser and two other officers shot and killed Scott on July 10 outside a Costco store in Summerlin. He said he feared for his own safety and the safety of all the other people in the area at the time.
