Cleveland Clinic joins with Lou Ruvo Brain Institute

The Cleveland Clinic and the Lou Ruvo Brain Institute recently signed an agreement to collaborate on the creation of a highly specialized clinical center to advance the research, early detection and treatment of neurological diseases including Alzheimer's, Huntington's, Parkinson's and amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS), forming the Cleveland Clinic Lou Ruvo Center for Brain Health.
Designed by world-renowned architect Frank Gehry, the 67,000 square-foot center will include 27 patient suites, offices for health care practitioners and researchers, the Museum of the Mind, a community auditorium and a Wolfgang Puck café.
