CORRECTION

A story in Wednesday’s Business section in the Review-Journal incorrectly reported that the U.S. Labor Department Occupational Safety and Health Administration received a complaint about a fatality investigation involving the Luxor hotel between January 2008 and June 2009. Also, the maximum penalty for willful violations is $70,000, and for serious violations, it is $7,000.
