About 80 first-graders found some eager listeners on Tuesday during a visit to the Animal Foundation.
The students from C.T. Sewell Elementary School and C.C. Ronnow Elementary School demonstrated their reading skills while dogs at the shelter listened. The visit was part of events to celebrate Nevada Reading Week.
