Rapper Flo Rida celebrated an early birthday Friday night at Sugar Factory American Brassierie (Paris). The singer had dinner and desert, before posing for some photos with "Jersey Shore" star Sammi 'Sweetheart' Giancola who was at a nearby table. Also spotted; "X Factor" judge Nicole Scherzinger and rapper Nelly shopped at Sugar Factory retail store last night before heading to Chateau (Paris) where they performed.
