Man killed in road rage incident identified

A man who died Saturday after being run over in a road rage incident earlier in the week was identified as Juan Mejia-Hernandez.

The 22-year-old from North Las Vegas died at University Medical Center, where he was taken after the Wednesday morning incident on Cheyenne Avenue near Interstate 15.

Las Vegas police think he was intentionally run over, but he did not appear to know the suspect.

Police were searching for the driver, described as a man in his mid-30s with short black hair. He was driving a gray Ford Focus or similar compact car, which might have sustained damage to its front right end or driver's side.

Car crash victim ID'd by coroner's office

The 41-year-old man killed Thursday after running a red light and hitting a car in Henderson has been identified by the Clark County coroner's office as Michael Davis.

The Las Vegas man's purple Chevrolet pickup was speeding eastbound on Russell Road about 3:30 p.m. when it hit the other vehicle at the intersection of Stephanie Street, Henderson police said.

Davis was thrown from the truck and died at the scene from head injuries.

Man shot to death Sunday identified

A 23-year-old man shot dead in the driveway of a Las Vegas home Sunday has been identified by the Clark County coroner's office as Francisco Morales.

Police were called to the 900 block of Magnolia Avenue, near Rancho Drive and Washington Boulevard, about 1:30 a.m. Sunday.

They found Morales dead with multiple gunshot wounds.

Investigators were searching for witnesses.
