Joshua Nichols pleads guilty in motorcycle theft

The son of Oklahoma City bomber Terry Nichols pleaded guilty this week to one count of grand larceny auto. He was scheduled to go to trial next week.

Joshua Nichols, 26, entered an Alford plea on Thursday to stealing a motorcycle in 2008. Police arrested him in November and booked him into the county jail on charges of stealing a motorcycle and possession of stolen property.

He is scheduled to be sentenced on July 29.

Nichols’ father is serving a life sentence for his role in the 1995 bombing of the Alfred P. Murrah federal building in Oklahoma City that killed 168 people.
