Las Vegas youth hit while in crosswalk; injuries not life-threatening

A pedestrian was struck by a car near Harmon Avenue and Mountain Vista Street Monday morning.

One adult and three juveniles were in the crosswalk about 7:30 a.m., according to Las Vegas police. One juvenile was hit and taken to Sunrise Hospital and Medical Center with non-life threatening injuries.

The other three family members were not injured. The driver remained at the scene and police said no impairment was suspected.
