Man dies after shooting in parking lot
A 29-year-old man died after being shot multiple times in a parking lot near Sahara Avenue and Industrial Road early Sunday morning, Las Vegas police said.
Police said they responded to several 911 calls about shots being fired at about 3:36 a.m. near the Red Label Bar and Lounge at 332 W. Sahara Ave.
At a parking lot near the bar, officers found expended cartridge cases and two vehicles that had been struck by bullets.
Police were later notified that a man with gunshot wounds had been brought to University Medical Center.
The man was pronounced dead at the hospital. Police said witnesses described the suspect as a black man in his mid 20s.
