ESPN and the Mountain West Conference are close to a seven-year TV deal, ESPN reported Friday.
Each year, the network would broadcast up to 25 men’s basketball games and 22 football games, including all six Boise State home games. The conference hasn’t struck a deal to televise its new football championship.
The Mountain West has an existing deal with CBS Sports Network. The two deals combined would bring the conference about $116 million or about $18 million a year, ESPN reported.
