A dashcam video released by the Shelby (NC) Police Department shows the arrest of accused South Carolina church shooter Dylann Roof.

Roof, 21, is accused of gunning down 9 people at the Emanuel African Methodist Episcopal Church in Charleston on Wednesday night.

Six women and three men were killed, including the church’s pastor, the Rev. Clementa Pinckney.

Roof’s Hyundai sedan was stopped, after police received a tip on Thursday morning, about 245 miles (395 kilometers) away in Shelby, North Carolina. He was taken into custody without incident.

The sniper who assassinated Charlie Kirk is believed to have jumped off a roof and fled into a neighborhood after firing one shot and has not yet been identified, authorities said Thursday in disclosing they recovered a high-powered rifle.
