Human remains found in northwestern Arizona
A group of horseback riders stumbled upon a human skull and bones in Golden Valley, Ariz., in November, officials said Tuesday.
The remains were discovered the afternoon of Nov. 23 in a desert area near the intersection of Tapeats Drive and Teddy Roosevelt Road, according to a release from the Mohave County Sheriff's Office.
The county coroner's office will release the dead person's identity and cause of death.
