Police seek four suspects in Strip robbery, kidnapping

Las Vegas police are seeking information on two men and two women accused of kidnapping a man from the Strip and holding him captive for 24 hours as they stole his financial information and burglarized his hotel room.

The victim was walking on a pedestrian overpass near Flamingo Road about 5 a.m. Saturday when he was confronted by a man and a woman, who held him at gunpoint and forced him into their vehicle, police said today.

The victim was taken to an unknown apartment, where two additional suspects, a man and a woman, were located. Together, the suspects forced him to reveal his bank account numbers and stole his jewelry, police said.

A casino security camera captured video of two of the suspects as they burglarized the victim’s hotel room.

Police said the victim was able to escape from the suspects’ vehicle the next day as they were driving on Las Vegas Boulevard. The suspects had intended to force him to open a line of credit with a casino and give them the money, police said.

Suspect descriptions include:

• A black woman, 5 feet 5 inches tall, 22-27 years old, with a short Afro haircut dyed red in the front.

• A black man, 5 feet 11 inches tall, 45-50, with a white hat, glasses and gray beard.

• A black man, 6 feet 2 inches tall, 27-33, bald and well-dressed.

• A black woman, 5 feet 11 inches tall, 37-44, with a heavy build and long hair.

The last two suspects are pictured in the security video.
