Police seek two suspects in fatal shooting

Las Vegas police on Wednesday released descriptions of two men suspected of shooting and killing an employee at a northeast valley tire shop last week.

The two suspects are believed to be Hispanic men between the ages of 25 and 35.

One is 6 feet tall with a thin build, last seen wearing a dark gray sweatshirt and blue jeans.

The other is 5 feet 6 inches tall with a heavy build. He was wearing a light-colored hooded jacket with two large blue triangles or a horizontal blue stripe through the midsection.

Police said the suspects' vehicle is a dark-colored GMC or Chevrolet large sport utility vehicle from the late 1990s or early 2000s.

Police believe the suspects were trying to rob two employees at the Llantera Del Norte, 4380 N. Lamb Blvd., near Craig Road, about 6 a.m. on Jan. 6.

One of the employees was shot and killed.
