U.S. President Barack Obama spoke about clean energy at a UPS hub in Las Vegas on Thursday, Jan. 26, 2012. The president announced new incentives to get even more companies and communities to switch to clean energy. He also unveiled a plan to allow more oil lease sales in the Gulf of Mexico to encourage more U.S. energy development.
