Son of Oklahoma City bomber Terry Nichols back in jail

Joshua Nichols, the son of one of the two men convicted in the 1995 Oklahoma City bombing, was arrested earlier this week by Las Vegas police on allegations that he stole a 2008 Yamaha motorcycle.
Nichols, 26, the son of Terry Nichols, has prior run-ins with the law.
Josh Nichols was in the Clark County Detention Center today on $3,200 bond. He was charged with auto grand larceny and possession of stolen property.
Terry Nichols is serving a life sentence in prison for the bombing deaths of 168 people at the Alfred P. Murrah Federal Building in Oklahoma City.
