Stabbing victim found near Strip; suspect in custody

Las Vegas police are investigating a stabbing Tuesday afternoon near the Las Vegas Strip.

Police responded to the 4600 block of Koval Lane near Harmon Avenue at 1:45 p.m. and found a male victim suffering from stab wounds, according to police spokesperson Laura Meltzer.

The victim was taken to Sunrise Hospital and Medical Center with non-life threatening injuries, police said.

A suspect was detained in connection with the stabbing, Meltzer said.
