Suspect in Lohan heist arrested in LV

A woman accused of robbing actress Lindsay Lohan's Los Angeles home in August was arrested Thursday in Las Vegas.

Las Vegas police said Rachel Lee was arrested and charged with possession of stolen property but noted that the Los Angeles Police Department is handling the investigation.

According to an August news release from Los Angeles police, a surveillance camera captured three people with scarves over their faces entering the actress's Hollywood Hills home about 1:10 a.m. on Aug. 23. Detectives believe they entered through an unlocked door and ransacked the home before fleeing on foot.

Other media outlets reported that the suspects took off with almost $200,000 in jewelry and designer clothes from Lohan and other celebrities.

Las Vegas police would provide no further information about either the local investigation or the case in Los Angeles. Los Angeles police would not provide any details, either.
