If Brett Kavanaugh is not confirmed as the next Supreme Court justice, President Donald Trump should nominate Hillary Clinton. Of course, that would entail a comprehensive FBI background check and a Senate hearing with her under oath. I cannot believe the Democrats (or Mrs. Clinton) would have any problem agreeing to that.
