The first cars were laughed at and thought a folly. The first jet-powered fighter took flight in 1943 but was inferior to the propeller fighters and was called a waste.
My point is the first version of anything is always the worst version.
If the Affordable Care Act is repealed and replaced, won’t we just have another first version?
