Democrats sticking together to kill the president’s agenda

I assume Review-Journal columnist Wayne Allyn Root was disappointed that the Republicans failed to repeal or replace an Obamacare program that, by all accounts, is failing the people. But the Democrats stand united in their efforts to fight everything the Republicans try to do, while the Republicans do not stick together like the Democrats.

It is impressive the way Democrats stick together, but they are doing the voters a disservice. Not only are they trying to slow down anything the Republicans try to accomplish, but they have contributed nothing positive toward the betterment of the voters since President Donald Trump took over.

In a recent letter, Tracey Brice Howard seems upset with Mr. Root expressing his opinion and exercising his First Amendment rights. She suggested that Mr. Root leave Las Vegas. That’s a typical left-wing attitude: If you don’t agree with the message, then you shout down or get rid of the messenger.

I have to admit some Republicans let Mr. Trump down. But the lack of teamwork from the left, combined with their disregard for the American people, is much more disappointing.
