I have a simple solution to stop the wrong-way drivers in Las Vegas. Install spikes at the highway ramps. That will stop them in their tracks, and they will never enter the freeways. You know, like the spikes that have been installed in a lot of parking lots.

This is simple, but effective. This will save innocent lives.
