LETTER: Easy answer for tired high school students

I understand the arguments about school starting times being too early for our high school students, as articulated by Oni Boulware in her “Way too tired” commentary on Sunday. But I missed the part about students going to bed early enough to receive the eight to 10 hours of the sleep needed to “maintain their physical health, emotional well-being and school performance.”
