Thanks for the rain last week. We sure can use it. I wonder, though, if the Las Vegas Valley Water District ever checks its algorithms to see if the commercial users — you know, the folks not subject to fines — are utilizing outdoor weather sensors so that their timed irrigation systems do not come on during times of rain. Every little bit helps, right?
Could Mr Joecks explain how many split-second decisions had to be made by the shooters between shots three and four, or five and six, or six and seven, or seven and eight, or eight and nine?
Elections determine who governs. They do not eliminate the need for limits on executive power.
