LETTER: Put regulators on exotic rental cars
In response to your Nov. 22 story about Clark County considering regulations for exotic car rentals: Is it possible to use a speed limiter to reduce the top speed of the cars? With the software available, this is one possible solution. Otherwise, it is very difficult to control the drivers who frequently have very little experience in high-performance vehicles.
